If you don’t know already, Arctic Monkeys are an English rock band from High Green, a suburb of Sheffield. Formed in 2002, the band currently consists of Alex Turner (lead vocals, guitar), Jamie Cook (guitar), Nick O'Malley (bass guitar, backing vocals) and Matt Helders (drums, backing vocals).

Produced and directed by Agnès Varda, The Beaches of Agnès is the story of her well lived life while visiting her favorite beaches along the way. Varda recalls her childhood in Brussels, and talks about her husband/filmmaker Jacques Demy and their two children.  She goes on to tell of her career in cinematography, which also includes clips from the director’s features.

Telekinesis is basically a one man band; Michael Benjamin Lerner, a singer-songwriter out of Seattle. The album is skillfully produced by Chris Walla (Death Cab for Cutie guitarist).  On tour, Lerner is joined by Chris Stables, David Broecker and Jonie Broecker.

IFC has a new three-night miniseries starring Chris Kattan in a faux biography about his journey to India to be a Bollywood star. Once he arrives in Mumbia, he is encountered with the differences of being in a new country as well as falling for his beautiful co-star.
